An advanced sattvic practice of traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga. Yvonne teaches this class in a way that is sattvic and balances all doshas (tri-doshic), with a focus on higher practices to awaken Kundalini. For experienced students, who have a consistent yoga practice and have established a calm mind. By mastering the mind and energy you will awaken and stabilize Kundalini Shakti, with the ultimate goal of Self-realization. Including Asana, Pranayama, Meditation integrating Bandha, Kumbhaka, Mudra, Mantra and Kriya. Mandatory preparation: A beforehand regular practice at the AYURVEDIC YOGA class and/or another consistent beforehand Yoga practice.
