How Yvonne got into Ayurveda & Yoga
At some point in her life Yvonne felt that it was time for a major shift. She already practiced Hatha Yoga since a decade. It was her anchor in very stressful times and now became her tool to break through old patterns and change her life. Through her many travels around the world she finally found peace and dharma in Bali, where Balinese Hinduism is practiced. That was the bridge to her new path: Beginning in Bali Yvonne found the right teachers, approaches and tools in Ayurveda, Yoga and Tantra, that guided her to discover her Dharma (life purpose) and supported her in making major life changes, that now bear beautiful fruits. That was the beginning of a path full of studying and self-experience.
What followed was Yvonne’s own experience of late pregnancy and giving birth at age 42 made her dive deeper into Ayurveda and Yoga, especially for women, mothers and babies. Because she was missing the right approach of practices and remedies, that are not overwhelming, that may be easy to apply on your own, with ingredients easy to access, approachable when you don’t have access to the right practitioners in your home town: That’s where Yvonne began to create her own compilation of Ayurvedic and Yogic practices and remedies. She commited herself to study more and studied with some of the best international teachers like Myra Lewin, Dr. Vasant Lad and others. Yvonne experienced herself how to boost fertility, how the time of pre-conception and pregnancy influences the mother and the baby in their wellbeing and constitution, how to go through the challenges of pregnancy, birth, postpartum and new motherhood — in balance.
Today Yvonne has dedicated her work to educate her clients and students about how to return to natural balance, self-healing, innate joy and a fulfilled life— in general and especially for women, new mums and babies.

Studies & Certifications
Yvonne Inlund is a certified Ayurveda Health Counselor, Ayurveda Therapist, Senior Yoga & Meditation Teacher of Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga in the lineage of Sri Vidya (& other schools), Ayurveda Yoga Specialist, proponent of Vedic wisdom and eternal student for life. Yvonne is frequently traveling to Bali, Australia, Europe and other countries like Nepal visiting ashrams and trainings for deeper studies and practices.
Yvonne first studied different Yoga schools across Europe. Through her frequent long visits in Bali she dived deep into the local culture, herbalism and spiritual rituals of the Balinese Hindus, that practice one kind of Tantra (philosophy & mastering energy). In 2019 Yvonne studied and got formally initiated into Pranala, the ancient Balinese energy healing in the lineage of Balinese shaman Cokorda Rai. She studied Pranala, Yoga and Yoga therapy with Yogini Linda Ishani, her teacher in direct lineage of Cokorda Rai. Pranala is a form of Tantra and nowadays became a very rarely shared practice. That lead her to study Ayurveda with focus on Marma Therapy and Women’s Health with internationally renowned Ayurvedic doctor Dr. Sujatha Kekada (AmrtaSiddhi, Bali). That’s when Yvonne began to specialize in Ayurvedic women’s health.
From these days on for the next four years Yvonne was dedicated to intense fulltime study of Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga in the lineaege of Sri Vidya with internationally renowned master teachers from India, US and Australia. Yvonne got formally initiated into Sri Vidya in 2000 and is embodying the practice through daily Sadhana (discipline, practice), studies and Ashram visits.
Five years of different Ayurveda studies followed on top. First Yvonne became an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist and specialized more into women’s health. After Yvonne became first time pregnant and a mum at age 42, she felt a huge gap when it comes to Ayurvedic support for pregnancy and postpartum. Different books and practitioners did not give her what she really needed: That kind of support, that is holistic and effective, but easy to approach during that challenging time and that is not overwhelming. That’s how she found her way to the internationally renowned master teacher Myra Lewin (Hale Pule), with who she studied intensely for two years and eventually got certified as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor. She still continues to study with Myra Lewin. These studies brought major changes for her own recovery from postpartum, for her baby’s health, parenting and for everyday’s life & health of the whole family, but had a fundamental impact on how Yvonne is consulting her clients and teaching classes today.
Meanwhile Yvonne also found her way to study the ancient lineage-based Ayurvedic wisdom of the Raju Vaydias, an internationally renowned family of Ayurvedic doctors in South India. Yvonne continuously studies with Dylan Smith, a teacher in direct lineage with the Raju Vaidyas, different body treatments (external basti oil therapy, abhyanga massage therapy, baby abhyanga massage). She also participates continuously in teachings & spiritual rituals with the Rajus themselves.
Yvonne specialized in women’s health, reproductive & hormone health through intense studying with with Myra Lewin, Dr. Sujatha Kekada and Dylan Smith, but also with the internationally renowned Ayurveda doctor Dr. Vasant Lad.

Yvonne still continues studying as a lifelong passion and dedcication to the ancient Vedic wisdom and practices.
