A gentle sattvic Yoga practice following Ayurvedic principles — balancing all three doshas (tri-doshic) with a focus on calming vata.
You will also calm and master the mind in harmony with body and spirit. So you can receive the full benefits of the Yoga practice and experience the longterm effect of real balance.
Based on traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga including longer holds of Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation integrating Mudra, Mantra and Kriya.

An advanced sattvic practice of traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga. Yvonne teaches this class in a way that is sattvic and balances all doshas (tri-doshic), with a focus on higher practices to awaken Kundalini. For experienced students, who have a consistent yoga practice and have established a calm mind.
By mastering the mind and energy you will awaken and stabilize Kundalini Shakti, with the ultimate goal of Self-realization.
Including Asana, Pranayama, Meditation integrating Bandha, Kumbhaka, Mudra, Mantra and Kriya.
Mandatory preparation: A beforehand regular practice at the AYURVEDIC YOGA class and/or another consistent beforehand Yoga practice.

Based on traditional Tantra including Pranayama, Meditation, Kriya, Mantra, Bandha, Kumbhaka and Mudra.
Initiation into a personal mantra is possible by request.

Supporting the unique needs of a mum to be and her baby: A well curated holistic combination of gentle sattvic Prenatal Yoga practice following Ayurvedic principles and Ayurvedic remedies like nabhi chikitsa (oil application on the navel), herbs, mudras, mantra. Supporting mum and baby during pregnancy and preparation for a smooth delivery, postpartum and new motherhood.
Balancing all three doshas (tri-doshic) with a focus on calming vata.
Based on traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga including gentle versions of Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation integrating Mudra, Mantra and Kriya — all adapted to the needs of a pregnant woman and her baby.
